Airbnb is paying a $200 bonus to Boulder property owners who put a home on the platform for the Sundance Film Festival, which the city hosts Jan. 21–31, 2027 (The Denver Post, Aug. 13). The catch: a January 2027 booking must be confirmed by Dec. 31, 2026. The bonus lands on top of your hosting income.

In brief

  • No active listing by Aug. 1, 2026. Owners with zero Boulder listings as of that date are the only ones eligible.
  • Entire home, $100/night minimum. The listing must be a whole home, open in January 2027, priced at least $100 per night before taxes.
  • Booking confirmed by Dec. 31, 2026. That is the one hard cutoff; no confirmed January booking, no bonus.
  • Tenants qualify too. Renters with landlord agreement can list and collect the same $200.
  • $200 covers the license. Boulder’s Sundance rental license fee runs up to $215.
