Airbnb Restructures EEA Host Fees to 15.5% from October

Airbnb is moving all EEA hosts to a 15.5% host-only service fee from 13 October 2026. The current split-fee model, in which hosts pay roughly 3% and guests pay 14–16%, ends on that date. Every EEA listing must switch, and the tax implications are significant even if your net payout stays broadly similar.
