Airbnb is migrating most remaining hosts to a single 15.5% host service fee, with completion expected by December 31, 2026. The rollout began with API-connected hosts in Q4 2025 and now expands to the majority of the remaining host base, Airbnb confirmed in its Q2 2026 earnings (Airbnb Newsroom, August 6, 2026). Property managers who still see split fees on their listings need to verify their account status now and adjust nightly rates to protect net earnings before the switch.
