EU STR reporting: verify registration before 31 Dec 2026

Platforms will transmit a full year of host activity data to EU member states. Operators with invalid or missing registration numbers risk delisting.

The first full-year data reporting deadline under EU STR Regulation 2024/1028 falls on 31 December 2026. Platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo must transmit a full year of monthly activity data for every listing to national Single Digital Entry Points. Operators whose registration numbers are missing or invalid face delisting.
