EU Regulation 2024/1028 is now fully in force across all 27 EU member states. It creates three obligations that directly affect your STR business: every booking platform must verify your registration number before publishing your listing, display it on your property page, and report your monthly activity data to national authorities. If your registration is missing or invalid, the platform must delist you.
