French STR Operators: 26 Days to E-Invoicing Compliance
From 1 September 2026, every French short-term-rental operator with a SIREN number must register with a certified electronic invoicing platform (plateforme agréée) to receive supplier invoices. Even single-property LMNP hosts with no TVA obligation are included.
French short-term-rental operators have 26 days to register with a certified electronic invoicing platform. From 1 September 2026, every LMNP, LMP, and SCI that holds a SIREN number must be able to receive supplier invoices electronically via a plateforme agréée (PA). This applies even if you rent a single property and are exempt from TVA.
