Lisbon Q2 2026: Highest RevPAR in Portugal, AL Shrinks
Grande Lisboa kept the country's top rates in Q2 2026, at €124.1 RevPAR and €162.4 ADR, but local accommodation was the only segment to lose nights.
Market Pulse Radar
Grande Lisboa posted Portugal’s highest RevPAR (€124.1) and highest ADR (€162.4) in Q2 2026, while local accommodation (AL) was the only segment to lose nights, down 1.2% year over year. The readout comes from INE’s Atividade Turística survey, summarised by Ambitur on 19 August 2026. For a Lisbon operator the split is the story: rates lead the country, but AL is the segment giving up ground.
