Lisbon RevPAR Drops 2.7% in June, Only Region to Fall
Lisbon is still Portugal's priciest market, but June's RevPAR slide landed only there. Treat the top of the market as cooling, not booming, when you set rates.
Market Pulse Radar
Lisbon RevPAR fell in June 2026 even as the region stayed Portugal’s priciest market. INE’s Atividade Turística release (31 July 2026) puts Grande Lisboa RevPAR at €128.4, still the highest nationally, but down 2.7% year on year, the largest and only regional decline. ADR held at €167.5, also the top nationally, but slipped 0.9%. Bed occupancy eased to 61.1%, with every Portuguese region down. The cooling at the top of the Lisbon market is real.
