The RSM UK Hotels Tracker (Hotstats data) puts London hotel ADR (average daily rate of occupied rooms) at £214.90 in August 2026 with occupancy flat at 84.4%, £274.40 in July 2026 with occupancy down to 88.4%, and £262.08 in June 2026 with occupancy at 84.9%. Gross operating profit slipped in July and August. This is hotel data, not short-term rental data, and every figure below carries its own month.
