Regulation Radar
From 1 January 2027, Marseille’s tourist tax for unclassified lets becomes 5% of the nightly cost per person, capped at €7.06 per person per night with additional taxes included. The new tariff follows the Ville’s deliberation N°26/195/AGE of 26 June 2026 (Ville de Marseille portal and 2027 tariff grid, read 16 October 2026). If you run lets in Marseille without a classification, your billing and guest information must match this rule for stays from that date.
