Nestor Adds 17 London Apartments, Now 240 Units
Nestor's new Belgravia and Kensington properties launched at published rates of 400 GBP and 215 GBP a night, a clear benchmark for prime-central London operators.
Competition Radar
Nestor has added two London properties, The Bourne in Belgravia and The Cheniston in Kensington, taking its portfolio to 240 apartments across 17 buildings (Serviced Apartment News, 1 October 2026). Nestor’s own press release says both opened in summer 2026 and gives launch rates from 400 GBP a night and from 215 GBP a night (Travel PR News, Nestor press release, 30 September 2026). If you run serviced or short-stay apartments in prime central London, these are new names in your comp set.
