MKG/Alliance France Tourisme data shows Paris lagging nationally while the 15th arrondissement surged during the Esports World Cup
Market Pulse Radar
Paris hotel RevPAR grew only 1.1% over June and July 2026, the weakest rise of any French area tracked by MKG and Alliance France Tourisme, per Hospitality ON (19 Aug 2026). While upscale and luxury hotels nationally posted RevPAR gains of 4.4% in June and 5.1% in July, Paris momentum “reflects an events calendar rather than an upward repricing at the high end,” the report notes.
