If you operate a short-term rental business in the UAE through a corporate entity, your first corporate tax return is due by 30 September 2026. The Federal Tax Authority confirmed on 3 August 2026 that businesses with a financial year ending 31 December 2025 must file and pay any tax due by that date, even if they qualify for Small Business Relief and have no tax to pay (Gulf News, 3 Aug 2026).
