A Planning Inspector dismissed an appeal on 30 October 2026 against Camden’s enforcement notice at 6 Rudall Crescent, NW3, a five-bedroom house that Camden’s notice said was used as temporary sleeping accommodation. The appellant said the lettings stayed within London’s 90 nights a year. The Inspector wrote: “I have been supplied with little evidence to confirm this claim” (Appealbase, 30 October 2026). No Council Tax records were supplied either. If you rely on the 90-night exemption, be ready to evidence nights let and Council Tax liability.
