CATAV: Valencia's Public Tourist Accommodation Census
Every licensed tourist flat in Valencia is now publicly searchable through the CATAV census. If your property's not listed, you're operating illegally and exposed to fines of up to €600,000.

Valencia’s CATAV census is live, and every licensed tourist accommodation in the city is now visible to the public, to your competitors, and to enforcement authorities. If your VUT (Vivienda de Uso Turístico) property does not appear in CATAV, you are operating without a valid municipal title. That puts you in the crosshairs of a city council that now has direct sanctioning powers and can issue fines of €10,000 to €600,000.
