The operator’s own pages, dated 2 October 2026, say: “From October 2026, our Holland Park hostel is under new ownership, with LOOP LONDON marking the start of a new chapter” (LOOP London). Trade press names MCR Property Group as the company behind it (THP News and La Tribune de l’Hôtellerie, both 26 October 2026). The existing shared dorms and private rooms stay bookable and remain the current offer (LOOP London).
