The Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Madrid (TSJM) has rejected a request for provisional measures against Plan RESIDE, Madrid’s short-term-rental zoning law. The court found that the operator challenging the regulation — Palacio Apartments Madrid — failed to demonstrate “irreparable harm” that would justify suspending the law while the main appeal is adjudicated. Plan RESIDE remains fully enforceable across the capital.
