Highland Council’s Wester Ross, Strathpeffer & Lochalsh Area Committee has voted to recommend Scotland’s third short-term let control area. If approved by the full Economy & Infrastructure Committee, entire-home secondary letting across Wester Ross will require planning permission on top of the mandatory STL licence already in force across Scotland.
