Valencia Declares 25 Neighbourhoods Saturated for Tourist Lets

Valencia’s public tourist-accommodation census has delivered its first data-driven picture of where short-term rental operators can still register new properties, and the answer is stark: 25 of the city’s neighbourhoods are already saturated, with tourist-apartment density at or above the new 2% cap (elDiario.es, July 2026). The same data, however, shows that 32,423 tourist places remain theoretically possible in non-saturated zones, concentrated in peripheral neighbourhoods where operators willing to relocate or expand can still find room.
